Healthy Buckwheat Pudding Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat flakes
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder
- 1/2 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tbsp of chia seed or flaxseed
- almond milk (or any plant milk you desire)
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or in a jar.
Let this sit in the fridge for at least 10-15 minutes or overnight.
Top it with fresh fruits, seeds, granola, nut butter, and coconut yogurt to serve.
