Healthy Buckwheat Pudding Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat flakes
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp of chia seed or flaxseed
  • almond milk (or any plant milk you desire)

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or in a jar.

  2. Let this sit in the fridge for at least 10-15 minutes or overnight.

  3. Top it with fresh fruits, seeds, granola, nut butter, and coconut yogurt to serve.
