Healthy Oatmeal Porridge with Fresh Fruits and Spices

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe pear
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes.

  2. Add mashed banana, pear, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Mix.

  4. Bring to boil.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Stir the mixture occasionally.

  7. Serve with your favorite fruit
