Healthy Oatmeal Porridge with Fresh Fruits and Spices
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 small ripe banana
- 1/2 ripe pear
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of himalayan salt
Preparation
Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes.
Add mashed banana, pear, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix.
Bring to boil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir the mixture occasionally.
Serve with your favorite fruit
