Tea Infused Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tea bag of choice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add milk to a saucepan and dunk a tea bag of choice into it.

  2. Bring to a low simmer, then turn off stove and allow tea to steep for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bag and squeeze to release more tea into the milk, then discard tea bag.

  4. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Bring back to a simmer and cook until thickened, 3-5 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve as desired.
