Spinach and Oat Banana Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1.5 packed cups baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Preparation

  1. P​reheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a regular donut tin

  2. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Pour the batter into the donut cavities ​(or muffins) ​and bake for ​17 minutes ​(23 minutes if making muffins) ​or until the donuts​/muffins​ are firm and browning on the edges. ​Pop out of the cavities and enjoy​
