Spinach and Oat Banana Donuts
Ingredients
- 1.5 packed cups baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a regular donut tin
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Pour the batter into the donut cavities (or muffins) and bake for 17 minutes (23 minutes if making muffins) or until the donuts/muffins are firm and browning on the edges. Pop out of the cavities and enjoy
