Salt to Taste

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1-2 medjool dates, diced
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup soy milk

Preparation

  1. Combine everything in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir as oatmeal cooks, about 3 minutes

  3. Remove from stove top and serve with berries of choice
