Easy Tea Infused Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tea bag of choice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add milk to a saucepan and dunk a tea bag of choice into it.

  2. Bring to a low simmer, then turn off the stove and allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Remove the tea bag and squeeze to release more tea into the milk, then discard the tea bag.

  4. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Bring back to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve as desired.
