Easy Tea Infused Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tea bag of choice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Add milk to a saucepan and dunk a tea bag of choice into it.
Bring to a low simmer, then turn off the stove and allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and squeeze to release more tea into the milk, then discard the tea bag.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Bring back to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve as desired.
