Ingredients
- 25g vegan protein powder (e.g., vanilla matcha)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
Combine the vegan protein powder, mashed banana, and almond milk to form a batter.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the batter until golden brown on both sides.
Top with peanut butter and berries before serving.
