Chunky Monkey Protein Rawnola

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats (for GF option sub for rice or quinoa flakes)
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 25g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Optional additions

  • Maple syrup or other liquid sweetener to taste
  • Almond milk or other liquid if required, depending on the size of your banana and brand of protein powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Blend the wet ingredients to create a nutty “banana milk”

  3. Pour the “banana milk” into the dry mixture and mix until all the liquid is absorbed

  4. Gobble it down
