Chunky Monkey Protein Rawnola
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats (for GF option sub for rice or quinoa flakes)
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- Handful of walnuts
- 25g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
Optional additions
- Maple syrup or other liquid sweetener to taste
- Almond milk or other liquid if required, depending on the size of your banana and brand of protein powder
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Blend the wet ingredients to create a nutty “banana milk”
Pour the “banana milk” into the dry mixture and mix until all the liquid is absorbed
Gobble it down
