Delicious Oat Banana Pancakes with Spices
Ingredients
- one heaping cup of quick oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of almond milk or your choice of plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Add one heaping cup of quick oats into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add in 1 ripe banana and 1 cup of almond milk, then blend.
Optionally add 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and blend if desired.
Heat a frypan on low heat and grease with a little oil if it is not non-stick.
Pour the batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface or the edges become matte.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 3 minutes.
Top with maple syrup, pepitas, buckinis, cacao nibs, bananas, crushed frozen raspberries, and kiwiberries.
