Overnight Bircher Muesli Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 spoons apple Bircher
  • 1 spoon gf oats
  • 1/2 bottle honey and ginger kefir
  • Splash of almond milk

Toppings

  • Pomegranate
  • Roasted fig
  • Gingerbread syrup
  • Sesame and honey butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the apple Bircher, gf oats, honey and ginger kefir, and almond milk in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, add the toppings: pomegranate, roasted fig drizzled with gingerbread syrup, and sesame honey butter.
