Overnight Bircher Muesli Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 spoons apple Bircher
- 1 spoon gf oats
- 1/2 bottle honey and ginger kefir
- Splash of almond milk
Toppings
- Pomegranate
- Roasted fig
- Gingerbread syrup
- Sesame and honey butter
Preparation
Mix the apple Bircher, gf oats, honey and ginger kefir, and almond milk in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add the toppings: pomegranate, roasted fig drizzled with gingerbread syrup, and sesame honey butter.
