Black Venus Rice with Miso Glazed Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Black Venus rice
  • Tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • Miso paste
  • Mushrooms
  • Kale
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Ginger
  • Fermented plums

Preparation

  1. Cook the Black Venus rice according to package instructions.

  2. Prepare the soy and miso glaze by mixing soy sauce and miso paste.

  3. Cook the tofu in a pan until browned, then coat with the glaze.

  4. Sauté the mushrooms and kale with additional miso until tender.

  5. Stir-fry the sugar snap peas with ginger and fermented plums.

  6. Assemble by serving the rice topped with the glazed tofu, miso mushrooms, kale, and stir-fried peas.

Notes
