Black Venus Rice with Miso Glazed Tofu Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Black Venus rice
- Tofu
- Soy sauce
- Miso paste
- Mushrooms
- Kale
- Sugar snap peas
- Ginger
- Fermented plums
Preparation
Cook the Black Venus rice according to package instructions.
Prepare the soy and miso glaze by mixing soy sauce and miso paste.
Cook the tofu in a pan until browned, then coat with the glaze.
Sauté the mushrooms and kale with additional miso until tender.
Stir-fry the sugar snap peas with ginger and fermented plums.
Assemble by serving the rice topped with the glazed tofu, miso mushrooms, kale, and stir-fried peas.
