Chickpea Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Chickpea Flour is definitely one of my favorite kitchen ingredients. -Mash 1 Banana mix with 150g of chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite nuttbutter
  • add about 3/4 of soy milk. Mix it all together
  • and there you have it. For extra smooth pancakes sift your chickpea flour

Preparation

  1. Fun fact: Chickpeas significantly improved Blood lipid profiles in an Australian study after adjusting for different variables

  2. Fiber + Active Polyphenols! Seems rather plausible to me

  3. Either way legumes can be easily eaten as a sweet pleasure for breakfast

  4. No to mention that chickpeas do have all the essential amino acids
