Chickpea Pancakes with Soy Yogurt and Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 150g chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • about 3/4 soy milk

Preparation

  1. Mash 1 banana.

  2. Mix it with 150g chickpea flour and 1 tablespoon nut butter.

  3. Add about 3/4 soy milk.

  4. Mix all together.

  5. For extra smooth pancakes, sift the chickpea flour beforehand.

  6. Note: Chickpeas have been shown to improve blood lipid profiles due to fiber and active polyphenols, and they contain all essential amino acids.
