Chickpea Pancakes with Soy Yogurt and Tahini
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 150g chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- about 3/4 soy milk
Preparation
Mash 1 banana.
Mix it with 150g chickpea flour and 1 tablespoon nut butter.
Add about 3/4 soy milk.
Mix all together.
For extra smooth pancakes, sift the chickpea flour beforehand.
Note: Chickpeas have been shown to improve blood lipid profiles due to fiber and active polyphenols, and they contain all essential amino acids.
