Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup cashews (soaked)
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch (optional)
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Whizz the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  2. Drizzle over pasta.
