Easy Turkish Tomato Pickle

Ingredients

  • 2 kg tomatoes
  • 500 g chili peppers
  • 1 head garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon salt
  • 1 tea glass olive oil

  4. Pack the prepared vegetables tightly into clean jars

  5. Pour the pickling mixture over the vegetables, ensuring they are fully covered

  6. Seal the jars tightly and store in a cool, dark place for fermentation

  7. Allow to pickle for several weeks before consuming, and it can be stored for up to two years
