Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 TBS baking powder
- 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS maple syrup
- Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth
Allow batter to rest 5-10 min (liquid will be absorbed)
Preheat non-stick pan over med heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter
Cook until you can easily slide a spatula underneath. Flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the second side
Repeat until all the batter is used up
Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
