Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 TBS baking powder
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth

  2. Allow batter to rest 5-10 min (liquid will be absorbed)

  3. Preheat non-stick pan over med heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter

  4. Cook until you can easily slide a spatula underneath. Flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the second side

  5. Repeat until all the batter is used up

  6. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
