Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup plant milk (oat milk recommended)
Optional additions
- Cardamom or other spices to taste
Preparation
Make oat flour by blending rolled oats if not already available
Put all ingredients in a blender or mash the banana and blend with a whisk.
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
Cook on medium heat in a non-stick pan until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
