Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup plant milk (oat milk recommended)

Optional additions

  • Cardamom or other spices to taste

Preparation

  1. Make oat flour by blending rolled oats if not already available

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender or mash the banana and blend with a whisk.

  3. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.

  4. Cook on medium heat in a non-stick pan until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
