Filled Dates with Nut Butter and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 8 dates
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 8 cashews
  • 8 hazelnuts
  • 2 large squares dark chocolate
  • sea salt flakes

Preparation

  1. Open the dates and take out the pits.

  2. Fill each date with 1/4 tbsp of nut butter and 2 nuts.

  3. Add your chocolate by either melting it and drizzling it over, or cutting the chocolate squares into smaller pieces and putting a few on each date.

  4. Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the dates.

  5. Eat directly or store in the fridge or freezer until serving.
