Fluffy Tomato Herb Medley Tofu with Rightrice
Ingredients
- 1 extra firm tofu
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
- Salt to taste
- RightRice Tomato Herb Medley
- Fresh arugula
- Fresh tomatoes
Preparation
Slice the extra firm tofu with a knife (optional).
In a pan, add 2 Tbsp of oil and heat it over medium heat. Pan-fry the tofu on both sides until it becomes slightly crispy.
Add balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, and salt to the pan. Cook the tofu for another 3-4 minutes on each side, allowing the flavors to infuse and create a glaze.
While the tofu is cooking, prepare RightRice Tomato Herb Medley according to the package instructions.
Serve the cooked tofu with a side of RightRice Tomato Herb Medley and fresh arugula.
Garnish with fresh tomatoes.
