Fluffy Tomato Herb Medley Tofu with Rightrice

Ingredients

  • 1 extra firm tofu
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp agave syrup
  • Salt to taste
  • RightRice Tomato Herb Medley
  • Fresh arugula
  • Fresh tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Slice the extra firm tofu with a knife (optional).

  2. In a pan, add 2 Tbsp of oil and heat it over medium heat. Pan-fry the tofu on both sides until it becomes slightly crispy.

  3. Add balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, and salt to the pan. Cook the tofu for another 3-4 minutes on each side, allowing the flavors to infuse and create a glaze.

  4. While the tofu is cooking, prepare RightRice Tomato Herb Medley according to the package instructions.

  5. Serve the cooked tofu with a side of RightRice Tomato Herb Medley and fresh arugula.

  6. Garnish with fresh tomatoes.
