Gingerbread Pancakes Cuz Pumpkin Stuff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 3 tbl avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tbl ground ginger
  • 2 tbl baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground clove

Preparation

  1. Whisk the wet ingredients with the sugar until smooth

  2. In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients

  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients

  4. Pour wet mixture into well, and, using a spatula, fold, don't stir, to incorporate

  5. Mixture should retain some lumps

  6. Lightly oil your griddle or pan and measure out 1/2 cups of batter per pancake

  7. Cook until browned on both sides
