Gingerbread Pancakes Cuz Pumpkin Stuff
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 3 tbl avocado oil
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbl ground ginger
- 2 tbl baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground clove
Preparation
Whisk the wet ingredients with the sugar until smooth
In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients
Pour wet mixture into well, and, using a spatula, fold, don't stir, to incorporate
Mixture should retain some lumps
Lightly oil your griddle or pan and measure out 1/2 cups of batter per pancake
Cook until browned on both sides
