Gluten-Free Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- Bagel of choice
- 1/4 avocado
- sprinkle of EBTB seasoning
- 3 slices of tomato
- 1 justegg folded
- handful of microgreens
- 1-2 tablespoons almond milk ricotta
- hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
Toast the bagel.
Slice the avocado and tomato.
Warm the justegg in a toaster or skillet.
Spread the almond milk ricotta on the bagel halves.
Layer the sliced avocado, sprinkle with EBTB seasoning, add tomato slices, justegg, and microgreens.
Drizzle with hot sauce if desired and assemble the sandwich.
