Healthy Raw Nutella Energy Balls Treat

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp agave (optional)
  • 4 dates or dried sweet apricots
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Dash of cinnamon and salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls or barrels.

  3. Enjoy the energy balls.
