Healthy Raw Nutella Energy Balls Treat
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp agave (optional)
- 4 dates or dried sweet apricots
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Dash of cinnamon and salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Roll the mixture into balls or barrels.
Enjoy the energy balls.
