India Style Plant-Based Almond Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped cashews (or any nuts of choice)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 servings @Dahlicious Almond Yogurt

Preparation

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Spread yogurt over parchment in an even layer

  3. Sprinkle over berries, cashews, and pumpkin seeds

  4. Freeze for 2 hours or until set

  5. Break apart

  6. Store in a freezer bag or airtight container  in the freezer
