India Style Plant-Based Almond Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped cashews (or any nuts of choice)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 servings @Dahlicious Almond Yogurt
Preparation
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread yogurt over parchment in an even layer
Sprinkle over berries, cashews, and pumpkin seeds
Freeze for 2 hours or until set
Break apart
Store in a freezer bag or airtight container in the freezer
