Queen Sandwich with Hummus and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Sliced up bread
- Hummus
- Tomatoes
- Pickled tomatoes
- Black olives
- Harissa spice
- Sunflower seeds
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Toast your bread
Spread hummus on top
Slice up the tomatoes and add on top
Cut pickled tomatoes and olives in tiny pieces and add on top
Add a bit of olive oil on top
Sprinkle harissa, salt and pepper on top
In a pan without oil fry your seeds for about a minutes
Add on top and close with another toast
