Queen Sandwich with Hummus and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Sliced up bread
  • Hummus
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickled tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • Harissa spice
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast your bread

  2. Spread hummus on top

  3. Slice up the tomatoes and add on top

  4. Cut pickled tomatoes and olives in tiny pieces and add on top

  5. Add a bit of olive oil on top

  6. Sprinkle harissa, salt and pepper on top

  7. In a pan without oil fry your seeds for about a minutes

  8. Add on top and close with another toast
