Red Thai Curry Noodles
Ingredients
- Cooked noodles
- Tofu
- Mixed vegetables
Red thai curry broth
- 1 6oz can coconut cream
- 1 tbsp vegan red Thai curry paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic chili sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Combine all broth ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Add the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook until heated through and remove from heat.
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Prepare tofu and vegetables by cooking until tender.
Add cooked noodles to the broth and serve topped with tofu and vegetables.
