Smoked Paprika Flatbread with Veggie Filling
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Pinch of salt
- 160 grams self-raising flour
- Water (amount varies, added to achieve dough consistency)
Filling
- Hellmann's UK vegan mayo
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Spring onions
- Cucumber
- Red pepper
- Coriander
- Rocket
- Tofuco sweet chilli bites
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients with water until a dough consistency is achieved.
Roll out the dough and cut into two pieces, then roll each piece flat.
Cook the flatbreads on a hot skillet or griddle until golden and cooked through
Assembly
Spread a thin layer of vegan mayo on the cooked flatbread.
Add a thin layer of sweet chilli sauce.
Top with sliced spring onions, cucumber, red pepper, coriander, and rocket.
Finish with sliced Tofuco sweet chilli bites.
