Smoked Paprika Flatbread with Veggie Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 160 grams self-raising flour
  • Water (amount varies, added to achieve dough consistency)

Filling

  • Hellmann's UK vegan mayo
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Spring onions
  • Cucumber
  • Red pepper
  • Coriander
  • Rocket
  • Tofuco sweet chilli bites

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients with water until a dough consistency is achieved.

  2. Roll out the dough and cut into two pieces, then roll each piece flat.

  3. Cook the flatbreads on a hot skillet or griddle until golden and cooked through

Assembly

  1. Spread a thin layer of vegan mayo on the cooked flatbread.

  2. Add a thin layer of sweet chilli sauce.

  3. Top with sliced spring onions, cucumber, red pepper, coriander, and rocket.

  4. Finish with sliced Tofuco sweet chilli bites.
