Simple Flatbreads with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients
- 80g plain flour or whole wheat per person (160g used for 4 flatbreads)
- water as needed
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp parsley
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together and make a well.
Add water until it forms a dough using a spoon.
Knead with a smidge of extra flour.
Roll out to 3/4 millimeter thickness, flouring as you go.
Cook on a frying pan or griddle pan on both sides until slightly charred.
Serving ideas
Rip up and serve with a plate of hummus to share.
Serve on the side with chickpea curry.
Use as a wrap.
