Sticky Raspberry Yogurt Proats with Chocolate Toppings

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons soy yogurt
  • optional flavor drops
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • fruits or berries of choice, such as pink pitaya and raspberries
  • 60 grams oatmeal
  • 10 grams crushed golden linseed
  • 30 grams raspberry yogurt protein powder
  • 200 milliliters water or plant-based milk
  • nut butter or chocolate cream
  • chocolate
  • V-cookie pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix the oatmeal, crushed linseed, raspberry yogurt protein powder, and water or plant-based milk in a pot and heat until desired consistency.

  2. Arrange the soy yogurt, grated coconut, fruits or berries, prepared sticky oats, nut butter or chocolate cream, chocolate, and V-cookie pieces in jars as desired.
