Three-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge Cake
Ingredients
- 5 small to medium ripe bananas
- 270g dark chocolate
- 2-3 tablespoons chocolate protein or cacao powder
Optional add-ins
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 40g extra dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation
Mash the ripe bananas.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tin.
Bake at 180°C until the top is firm but the inside is still gooey, approximately 14 minutes; check at 13 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
