Three-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 small to medium ripe bananas
  • 270g dark chocolate
  • 2-3 tablespoons chocolate protein or cacao powder

Optional add-ins

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 40g extra dark chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Mash the ripe bananas.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate.

  3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  4. Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tin.

  5. Bake at 180°C until the top is firm but the inside is still gooey, approximately 14 minutes; check at 13 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool before serving.
