Toasted Coconut French Toast Sticks
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Canyon Gluten-Free 7-grain bread
- Cinnamon
- Coconut milk
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Bananas
- Maple butter
Preparation
Cut two pieces of bread into strips.
Toss the strips in a mixture of cinnamon and coconut milk.
Coat with unsweetened shredded coconut.
Cook on medium heat until crispy.
Top with banana slices and maple butter drizzle.
