Toasted Coconut French Toast Sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Canyon Gluten-Free 7-grain bread
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut milk
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Bananas
  • Maple butter

Preparation

  1. Cut two pieces of bread into strips.

  2. Toss the strips in a mixture of cinnamon and coconut milk.

  3. Coat with unsweetened shredded coconut.

  4. Cook on medium heat until crispy.

  5. Top with banana slices and maple butter drizzle.
