Vegan Berry Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural soyghurt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry chia jam (or substitute for jam of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries and sliced black sweet grapes
  • 1/4 cup whipped coconut vanilla cream (coconut cream whipped together with vanilla powder and agave syrup)
  • 2 tbsp mashed blackberries

Preparation

  1. In two jars, start by adding the chia jam in the bottom, leaving out about 2 tablespoons.

  2. Add the soyghurt divided equally into the jars.

  3. Take the blackberries and blend them together with about 4 tablespoons of whipped cream.

  4. Divide the mixture into the jars next.

  5. Add the remaining chia jam on top followed by the blueberries and grapes.

  6. Decorate the top with the remaining whipped coconut cream.

  7. Enjoy!
