Vegan Rocky Road Chocolate Treat

Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 dl almonds
  • 1.5 dl marshmallows
  • 2-3 digestive biscuits
  • 0.5 dl raisins
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and let it cool down for a few minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, chop the almonds into chunk pieces and break the biscuits apart.

  3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, including the melted chocolate and stir until everything is well combined.

  4. Pour into a form and add to the freezer to set.

  5. Enjoy!

  1. This recipe uses vegan marshmallows and chocolate for a dairy-free treat.
