Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese with Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 2 vegan burgers
- onions
- garlic
- Italian herbs
- oregano
- tomato passata
- water
- sea salt
- pepper
- cornstarch
- long fermentation loaf
- vegan butter
- fresh garlic
- olive oil
- parsley
Preparation
Sauté onions and garlic
Fry vegan burgers with the onions and garlic
Add Italian herbs, oregano, tomato passata, water, sea salt, and pepper
Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions
Serve the sauce over the spaghetti
Garlic bread
Spread vegan butter on slices of long fermentation loaf
Sauté fresh garlic in a little olive oil
Mix the sautéed garlic with the butter on the bread, add parsley and sea salt
Bake or broil until golden and crispy
Serve alongside the spaghetti
