Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls watermelon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • nut milk or coconut water
  • bee pollen

Preparation
