Ingredients

- juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 courgette
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- nut milk or coconut water
- bee pollen
Preparation
