Almond Pistachio and Rose Petal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 tbsp of rose flower
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of cardamom
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 5 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of agave
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix in a bowl:3 cups of flour, 2 tbsp of rose flower, 5 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of cardamom, 1 tsp almond extract, 5 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tbsp of agave, 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  2. Make 24 little balls with the mix and top them with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals

  3. Bake 12 minutes at 325 F convection
