Almond Pistachio and Rose Petal Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 tbsp of rose flower
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of cardamom
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 5 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of agave
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Preparation
Mix in a bowl:3 cups of flour, 2 tbsp of rose flower, 5 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of cardamom, 1 tsp almond extract, 5 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tbsp of agave, 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Make 24 little balls with the mix and top them with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals
Bake 12 minutes at 325 F convection
