Asian-Style Stir-Fried Snow Peas

Ingredients

  • 500 g snow peas
  • 1 scallion
  • Ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 fresh chili pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Wash the snow peas thoroughly and remove both ends.

  2. Cut them coarsely.

  3. Chop the scallion and ginger.

  4. In a pan, sauté the garlic, scallion, ginger, and chili until golden.

  5. Add the snow peas, half a cup of water, salt, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.

  6. Add the soy sauce and let it reduce.

  7. Plate with toasted sesame seeds.
