Asian-Style Stir-Fried Snow Peas
Ingredients
- 500 g snow peas
- 1 scallion
- Ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 fresh chili pepper
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Salt
Preparation
Wash the snow peas thoroughly and remove both ends.
Cut them coarsely.
Chop the scallion and ginger.
In a pan, sauté the garlic, scallion, ginger, and chili until golden.
Add the snow peas, half a cup of water, salt, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and let it reduce.
Plate with toasted sesame seeds.
