Boiled Corns with Vegan Butter and Spring Onion

Ingredients

  • 3 large corn
  • Vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 chili peppers (optional)

Preparation

  1. Prepare a large saucepan with enough vegetable stock.

  2. Combine all ingredients with the corn and cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour or until tender.

  3. Remove, drain, and serve hot with butter, sprinkle with chili seeds (optional).
