Boiled Corns with Vegan Butter and Spring Onion
Ingredients
- 3 large corn
- Vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 stalks spring onion
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 chili peppers (optional)
Preparation
Prepare a large saucepan with enough vegetable stock.
Combine all ingredients with the corn and cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour or until tender.
Remove, drain, and serve hot with butter, sprinkle with chili seeds (optional).
