Simple Homemade Gnocchi with Potatoes and Flour

Ingredients

  • 280 grams of 00 flour
  • 600 grams of boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl place the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and mashed potatoes.

  2. Combine and form a ball.

  3. On a floured bench place the ball and cut into 6 pieces.

  4. Roll each piece lengthways and cut into medium pieces.

  5. Use a fork and roll.

  6. Place the gnocchi on a floured tray and freeze until ready to cook.

  7. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water. Once the gnocchi rise to the top they are ready.
