Bowl of Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • quinoa - 1/2 cup
  • millet - 1/4 cup
  • coconut sugar - 3tbsp
  • cacao powder - 2tsp
  • lsa powder - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/3 cup
  • almond milk - 11/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. METHOD ✒ In a bowl , soak quinoa, millet in water for 5 to 10 minutes ✒ Drain and rinse under cold water

  2. In a medium size pan add soaked quinoa, millet , cacao powder with milk and bring to a boil on a medium heat

  3. Add sugar , LSA powder and mix well

  4. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from the heat. ✒ You can add more milk or like water water if you want consistency to be runny . I like thick so this measurements work for me . ✒ Serve it with Fresh fruits nuts of your choice .I added homemade berry Compote ▪
