Bowl of Oatmeal
Ingredients
- quinoa - 1/2 cup
- millet - 1/4 cup
- coconut sugar - 3tbsp
- cacao powder - 2tsp
- lsa powder - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/3 cup
- almond milk - 11/2 cup
- water - 1/2 cup
Preparation
METHOD ✒ In a bowl , soak quinoa, millet in water for 5 to 10 minutes ✒ Drain and rinse under cold water
In a medium size pan add soaked quinoa, millet , cacao powder with milk and bring to a boil on a medium heat
Add sugar , LSA powder and mix well
Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from the heat. ✒ You can add more milk or like water water if you want consistency to be runny . I like thick so this measurements work for me . ✒ Serve it with Fresh fruits nuts of your choice .I added homemade berry Compote ▪
