Chai-Spiced Red Rice Porridge
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
- handful of raisins and chopped dates for natural sweetness
- diy chai spice* (see below)
- mango + dark choc ?? dreamy match, i used @doisyanddam 70% buttons
- creamy coco yog
- fruit puree, i used apple but mango or kiwi would go great
- dried coconut
- pomegranate
- grated pear
- let me know if you try this ?
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently for 15-20 minutes until soft and all liquid is absorbed (add more milk if needed)
Top with dash of cinnamon, raisins, maple/coco sugar and some tropical/your favourite toppings

CRUNCH ~ @bioandmeuk granola, @naturya cacao nibs, toasted hazelnuts and hemp
