Chai-Spiced Red Rice Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • handful of raisins and chopped dates for natural sweetness
  • diy chai spice* (see below)
  • mango + dark choc ?? dreamy match, i used @doisyanddam 70% buttons
  • creamy coco yog
  • fruit puree, i used apple but mango or kiwi would go great
  • dried coconut
  • pomegranate
  • grated pear
  • let me know if you try this ?
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently for 15-20 minutes until soft and all liquid is absorbed (add more milk if needed)

  2. Top with dash of cinnamon, raisins, maple/coco sugar and some tropical/your favourite toppings

  3. Mango + dark choc ?? dreamy match, I used @doisyanddam 70% buttons

  4. Creamy coco yog

  5. CRUNCH ~ @bioandmeuk granola, @naturya cacao nibs, toasted hazelnuts and hemp

  6. Fruit puree, I used apple but mango or kiwi would go great

  7. Dried coconut

  8. Pomegranate

  9. Grated pear
