Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg replacer of choice
- 1 1/3 cups flour of choice
- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegan condensed milk or additional liquid sweetener
- 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (adjust based on liquid sweetener)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl mix the wet.
Combine the two carefully.
Add the chocolate chips.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls and set on a baking tray.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes depending on texture. They are more cakey than cookie so keep this in mind. They will harden slightly when out the oven.
