Chocolate Covered Nut Butter Bananas

Ingredients

  • - 1 ripe large banana (about 120 g)
  • - 1 tbsp your fave nut/seed butter (16 g)
  • - 1/4 cup chopped chocolate (60 g)
  • - 1 tsp coconut oil (5 g)

Preparation

  1. Slice banana into 16 (first slice into half, then halve the halves, algorithmic style!)

  2. On parchment, place nut butter on half the slices, make sandwiches, freeze until set

  3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil (you might need to melt more to be able to dip all of them but there will be leftovers)

  4. Dip and cover each bite in chocolate (I use forks) freeze again

  5. Eat & keep frozen
