Chocolate for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • The simple formula to make the jars is to add 1/2 cup chopped fruit for the bottom layer
  • and then 1/2 cup homemade chia pudding for the top layer. I like to make my chia pudding using a ratio of 4:1 plant based milk to whole chia seeds
  • letting it set for at least 20 min before adding to the jars. You can play with this ratio to find the pudding consistency you like best! Seal the jars
  • and store them in the fridge until needed. If using unsweetened milks to make the chia pudding like we do
  • add whatever sweetener and toppings you desire before eating
