Homemade Chia Seed Pudding Jars with Fresh Fruit
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fruit
- Plant-based milk (use in 4:1 ratio with chia seeds)
- Whole chia seeds (use in 4:1 ratio with milk)
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
- Toppings as desired (optional)
Preparation
Mix plant-based milk and whole chia seeds in a 4:1 ratio to create the chia pudding base.
Allow the mixture to set for at least 20 minutes to achieve the desired pudding consistency.
In a jar, add 1/2 cup of chopped fruit as the bottom layer.
Add 1/2 cup of the prepared chia pudding on top of the fruit layer.
Seal the jar and store it in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Before consuming, add any desired sweetener and additional toppings for flavor.
