Coconut Lime Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • coconut lime oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 3 finger limes
  • citrus pearls pushed out

Preparation

  1. In sauce pan, add all ingredients except lime pearls

  2. Cook ingredients until oatmeal is to desired consistency

  3. Remove from heat and fold in lime finger pearls

  4. Serve with all the fruit you desire and enjoy
