Coconut Milk Oats with Mango and Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup jumbo oats
- 2 tbsp chia
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (or a mix of coconut milk and water)
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mango and banana
- Extra coconut shavings and linseeds
- Maple syrup or agave syrup to taste
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a medium to low heat.
Mix together and cook for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy.
