Coconut Milk Oats with Mango and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup jumbo oats
  • 2 tbsp chia
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (or a mix of coconut milk and water)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Mango and banana
  • Extra coconut shavings and linseeds
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup to taste

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a medium to low heat.

  2. Mix together and cook for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy.
