Coconut Overnight Oats with Fresh Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of ginger and salt
  • 1 small banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana in a container.

  2. Mix together and set in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, add mashed banana and serve with preferred toppings, such as mango, blueberries, banana, and pumpkin seeds.
