Coconut Overnight Oats with Fresh Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ginger and salt
- 1 small banana
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except banana in a container.
Mix together and set in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add mashed banana and serve with preferred toppings, such as mango, blueberries, banana, and pumpkin seeds.
