Coconut Pecan Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Place the mixture in the fridge overnight

  2. Enjoy the next day with your favorite toppings, such as chopped persimmon and almond butter
