Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Sprinkles for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spelt flour, plant milk, maple syrup, cashew butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.

  4. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the batter to add a festive touch.

  5. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly before removing it from the pan.
