Cookies and Cream Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
- 60g spelt flour (buckwheat flour works the same way)
- 20g Vegan Protein Cookies & Cream
- 5g almond butter
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 110g almond milk
- Vanilla Flavordrops
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- Sweetener of your choice (Dani used erythritol)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 15g chocolate drops
Preparation
Mash the banana.
Mix the dry ingredients together: spelt flour, vegan protein, psyllium husk, baking powder, and sweetener.
In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: almond milk, almond butter, vanilla flavordrops, and mashed banana.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate drops.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the batter in small portions until golden brown on both sides, flipping once.
