Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Garlic Thyme Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a large pot and cook the Brussels sprouts for 7-8 minutes.

  2. Drain the Brussels sprouts.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick pan.

  4. Add sliced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 10 minutes until crispy and brown on the edges.

  6. Add fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper.

  7. Add Parmesan before serving.
