Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Garlic Thyme Parmesan
Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a large pot and cook the Brussels sprouts for 7-8 minutes.
Drain the Brussels sprouts.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Add sliced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 10 minutes until crispy and brown on the edges.
Add fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper.
Add Parmesan before serving.
