Crispy Flat Bread
Ingredients
- for the flat bread:
- 700 g spelled flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a cube of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 350 g lukewarm water.
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
How to make
Mix the yeast, the water and the sugar well and then knead with the remaining ingredients to a dough
Leave in a warm place for at least 1 hour
Form the dough and bake in oil. Enjoy
