Crispy Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • for the flat bread:
  • 700 g spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 350 g lukewarm water.
  • 2 tbsp oil

Preparation

  1. How to make

  2. Mix the yeast, the water and the sugar well and then knead with the remaining ingredients to a dough

  3. Leave in a warm place for at least 1 hour

  4. Form the dough and bake in oil. Enjoy
